For New Clients: Before your visit, complete the New Client Form. Also, remember to gather your valid government-issued ID and previous pet records. You can either bring them in person or email them to info@elpasoah.com. This allows us to offer the best care for your pet.

Same day patients will be seen upon the order of QLess check-in.
Please understand we do have a daily capacity and are unable to take every patient.
Established clients will receive priority upon check-in.

We are not an emergency hospital and cannot take in every emergency. We are open during daytime hours only.
